About Ski Dubai Snow Park
Ski Dubai is the famous indoor ski slope inside the Mall of the Emirates — real snow at sub-zero temperatures in the middle of the desert. The Snow Park ticket is perfect if you want to play in the snow rather than ski: sledging, tubing, snow play areas and chairlift views across the slope.
Plan two to three hours. Warm clothing such as jackets and boots is usually provided with the ticket — we confirm exactly what is included when you book.
After the snow, the Mall of the Emirates has shops and restaurants for the rest of the day.

Getting there
Add a private Shuttlix transfer when you book: we pick you up from your hotel, drive you to Ski Dubai, Mall of the Emirates and, if you like, bring you back at the time you choose. The price is fixed and covers the whole car — no taxi queues at closing time.

Do we need to know how to ski?
No. The Snow Park ticket is for snow play, sledging and tubing — no skiing needed.
Is warm clothing included?
Jackets and boots are usually included. We confirm your ticket details when you book.
How do I get my tickets?
After you book, we send your tickets and entry details by WhatsApp and email. Show them on your phone at the entrance.
Can you pick us up from our hotel?
Yes. Tick “Add hotel pickup” when you book and choose your pickup time. You will see one fixed price for a private car before you pay.
