Terms & conditions

In short: You book a private transfer at a fixed price, paid online through Stripe. We provide a licensed driver who tracks your flight and waits for you. You can cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup.

1. Who we are

Shuttlix is operated by SHUTTLIX TOURISM L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (trade licence 6778821), with its office at [Office address], Dubai. “We”, “us” and “Shuttlix” mean this company.

2. Our service

We arrange private, pre-booked transfers to and from UAE airports and between locations in the UAE. Rides are carried out by licensed drivers and vehicles operated by Shuttlix or our vetted transport partners.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed through Stripe and you receive a confirmation with a booking number. Prices are per vehicle, in AED, with a USD equivalent shown for convenience. If you pay in USD, the final amount is set by Stripe and your card issuer.

4. What the price includes

The fixed price includes the vehicle and driver, fuel, Salik tolls, airport parking, meet & greet, and 60 minutes of free waiting after your flight lands (or 15 minutes for non-airport pickups). Extra waiting is charged at AED [RATE] per hour and extra stops at AED 40 each, only with your agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

Please give correct pickup details, flight number, passenger and luggage numbers. If your group or luggage does not fit the vehicle booked, we may need to upgrade it at the published price difference. Passengers must follow UAE law in the vehicle, including seatbelt rules and child-seat requirements.

6. Delays and no-shows

We track your flight and adjust pickup automatically. If you do not appear within the free waiting time and we cannot reach you by WhatsApp or phone, the booking may be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

7. If we fail to deliver

If your driver does not arrive through our fault, you will receive a full refund. [Add any further compensation you offer.] Our liability is limited to the price of the booking, except where UAE law says otherwise.

8. Lost property

Contact us as soon as possible. We will help return items found in the vehicle; delivery costs may apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes fall under the courts of Dubai.
