In short: We only collect what we need to pick you up: your name, contact details, flight and trip. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, trip times, passenger and luggage details, and notes you give us. Our website also collects basic technical data such as IP address, browser and cookies.

3. Why we use it

To confirm and carry out your transfer, send booking and driver updates by email and WhatsApp, track your flight, provide support, issue receipts, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. With your consent only, we may send offers, which you can stop at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Your assigned driver and transport partner (name, phone, pickup details); Stripe for payments; our email, WhatsApp, address-search (Geoapify) and hosting providers; and authorities when the law requires. Each only receives what they need.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are never stored on Shuttlix systems.

6. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes in the UAE, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing, by emailing support@shuttlix.com. We reply within 30 days.
