At a glance
What is included
The driver follows your flight, arrives before it lands and waits in the public arrivals hall after baggage reclaim and customs. They carry a name board, help with the luggage and walk you to the car. The meeting point for your terminal is in your confirmation, and you get the driver’s name and number before you fly.
If you cannot find each other
Message or call the driver on the number in your booking, or contact our support line, which is open 24 hours a day. The driver stays for the full free waiting time and longer if you tell us you are delayed at immigration.
Not the same as airport fast track
Our meet and greet starts in the arrivals hall, after you have cleared passport control and collected your bags. Services that escort you through immigration are sold separately by the airport’s own providers and are not part of a Shuttlix transfer.
